2 T butter
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
3 zucchini, cubed
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t salt (optional)
- Melt butter in a large pan until butter quits foaming.
- Saute zucchini until tender, about 6 - 7 minutes.
- Add garlic & saute 1 minute more.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
